Founder of Oreijs. Experienced business developer with long-term enterprise experience in, among others, ICT and professional services. Strong financial background.
Ronald Kiel (1963) studied mathematics in Groningen and has an MBA from the Simon School or Business in Rochester (NY). After his studies he worked at consultancy companies BSO and CSC where he was responsible for, among others, the Management Information Systems business unit. In 1999 he was the founder and director of FlexService Solutions, an ICT supplier in the temporary employment sector which focussed on the development of an ERP-system specifically for that sector.
From 2005 to 2007 he worked at Randstad Nederland as an HR Solutions director where he was responsible for a number of new outsourcing propositions in the HR-market. He was also a project leader and the advisor of the CFO responsible for a number of acquisition trajectories.
In 2008, he set up Oreijs Capital & Management with Jeroen. As part of Oreijs he was responsible for many Corporate Finance and Fractional CFO-projects.
